Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us on team@neoncricket.co.uk to advise of the return, while also sending your item(s) to the address below. Be sure to include a slip of paper with your name and order number on (or the original packaging slip if available) to ensure we can track your return at our HQ:

Please note we do not offer free returns postage and you will need to pay for this. If any items are returned without their original packaging (for example, batting pad bags) this will incur a 20% charge.

Exchanges

We do not offer a free exchange due to change of sizing/colour, instead you are required to return the item in question for a refund and then place a new order for the item required. We recommend placing the new order at the same time as returning your original order, to ensure you aren't left waiting for the correct product/sizing.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to;

  • All refurbishment services
  • All teamwear
  • All custom made products
  • All personalised products
  • All sale or clearance items
  • All gift cards

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Provided your item has been returned in the condition it was sent to you in, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at team@neoncricket.co.uk.
